PRINCIPAL & OWNER
Dadrien is a dynamic HR leader who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges, transforming workplaces, and empowering teams and leaders to reach their full potential. With over a decade of experience spanning startups to Fortune 50 companies, he specializes in creating people-centered cultures that drive business success. He’s not your traditional “policies-first” HR professional—instead, he takes a strategic, holistic approach, always asking three questions:
What problem are we trying to solve?
How do we solve it the right way?
What does this mean for our people?
Throughout his career, Dadrien has partnered with leaders to craft talent strategies, scale HR programs, and navigate transformative change, all while ensuring the right people are in the right roles with the right development. His expertise spans data-driven performance management, employee engagement, learning and organizational development, and DEI. Whether it’s coaching executives, facilitating workshops, or driving company-wide initiatives, his work is grounded in the belief that people are the heartbeat of every organization.
When Dadrien's not shaping transformative HR solutions, you’ll find him traveling, spending time with his dog Apollo, and savoring life’s small moments. His mission is simple: to create bold, innovative, and authentically human workplaces that thrive. Whether you’re seeking a full-time leader, a strategic consultant, or a workshop facilitator, he's eager to connect and help you build a culture—and a future—that inspires.
